Happy Two Year Blogoversary to the only chick I know who can review erotica and Dr. Seuss on the same blog without getting into trouble!
Jennifer (The Book Nympho) and I first met on Shelfari, back when we were first establishing our blogs. Overwhelmed with so many options and questions, we often reached out to one another whenever we had a “What the Feck?” blogging moment (trust me there were plenty) and I’ve always appreciated her opinion and honesty. Our love of books, Man Candy, Supernatural and The Walking Dead (yes, she loves zombies too) has kept us chatting on Twitter way past our bedtimes many a night! #IDontMind
Most recently we collaborated on what we thought would be a fun read-a-long (that shall remain nameless) and had high hopes, only to have it blow up in our faces when we realized the books were not our cup of tea, to say the least…hopefully our next collaboration won’t be another WTF moment to add to the list!
Since The Book Nympho is a fan of KMM’s Fever series (of Barrons to be exact) and has had all her marshmallows toasted so far, I thought it’d be fun to pay homage by sizing her up with the series heroine, the infamous Rainbow Girl. Enjoy!
A Few Things The Book Nympho
and MacKayla Lane Have in Common…
and MacKayla Lane Have in Common…
- They’re mouthy, smartass blondes…
- You don’t know if you’re going to love her or leave her when you first meet…
- They’re book whores…
- Modesty is not their strong suit…
- A filter is something they use only when brewing coffee…
- Talking to books is perfectly normal…
- Their oral skills are impeccable…(hey get your minds out of the gutter!)
- Working with them can be a pain in the petunia but they always get the job done!
You can find Lori online at:
Hahaha! I never thought of that, I find perfectly normal to have a Dr.Seuss book next to Back Stage Pass..lol

DeleteLoving the roast posts. Can't wait for the rebuttal :)
ReplyDeleteIt's coming tomorrow (Monday).
DeleteI don't know whether to be excited or anxious.
DeleteI am with you there Lol.
DeleteHow you can go from talking about peens to children's storytime is beyond me. That takes talent for sure!
ReplyDeleteGreat list Lori, although admittedly, my mind DID go into the gutter when I read the point about oral skills. LOL
If there was no peens then there would be no children to read books to.
DeleteI like the comparisons, they are all true to the best of my knowledge anyway!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving the roast posts!

ReplyDeleteIf Lori is comparing you to Mac, you have to ask yourself "What would Mac do?"... :P
